Abu Dhabi Corniche
Abu Dhabi Corniche is one of the city’s most accessible outdoor sports and recreation areas, stretching for around 8 kilometres along the waterfront. Its wide promenade includes dedicated pedestrian and cycling paths, making it suitable for walking, jogging and cycling while enjoying views of the Arabian Gulf and Abu Dhabi skyline.
The Corniche area also provides access to outdoor exercise facilities, beach volleyball and a range of water-based activities. Visitors can rent bicycles from several points along the waterfront, while Corniche Beach offers swimming and other beach activities. The area is particularly popular for outdoor exercise during the cooler months.
