Al Zorah Nature Reserve, Ajman

Al Zorah Nature Reserve, on Ajman’s northern coastline, is a vibrant ecosystem of mangrove forests, tidal creeks, and sandy beaches spanning around one million square metres. The reserve is home to nearly 58 species of birds, including pink flamingos, egrets, and herons, and forms part of the wider Al Zorah waterfront community.

The reserve is best explored by kayak or electric canoe through its network of calm channels, suitable even for beginners, with fully guided tours available through the on-site Quest for Adventure activity centre. Golfers can also tee off at the neighbouring 18-hole Al Zorah Golf Club, designed by Nicklaus Design.
