Note: Global Village is currently closed for the season. Season 31 opens on 14 October 2026 under the theme “A More Wonderful World,” running through May 2027. As in past seasons, Tuesdays (except public holidays) are reserved for ladies and families only. Ticket prices and the full attraction line-up for the new season are announced closer to the opening date — check the official website before planning a visit.
Global Village is a huge cultural theme park with outdoor shopping, dining, and entertainment that features pavilions from over 90 countries. Since first opening in 1997, it has grown into one of Dubai’s defining seasonal attractions, drawing millions of visitors each year. Global Village runs seasonally, typically from October through May, closing for the hottest summer months.
Inside, guests can explore traditional cuisine and drinks, handicrafts and souvenirs, and cultural performances across dozens of country pavilions, alongside Carnaval — the park’s dedicated area for rides, games, and live shows. It is a fun and affordable way for both residents and tourists to experience a huge range of cultures in a single evening out, and remains one of the top family destinations in Dubai.
